Cancellation Policy
At Pearls Touch we respect your time and ask that you do the same for us. To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, we have the following
policy in place:
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 75% of the service cost.
